Mr. Campbell has more than 25 years in the leadership and management of hospitals and health systems. He has extensive operational experience and expertise in multiple healthcare settings that includes an established record of leading teaching institutions experiencing severe financial stress through significant organizational change. His leadership also includes the development and implementation of programs to create a service oriented, proactive culture in financially challenged institutions with a history of difficult labor relations.

Mr. Campbell has overseen the placement and tenure of the interim management at Hurley Medical Center, TriHealth, Inc., Mercy Memorial Hospital, Trinity Health, and Blue Care Network of Michigan as well as serving as the Restructuring Officer at El Camino Hospital in CA.

Mr. Peterson brings significant experience and foresight to each client engagement. He has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, which he has spent developing progressive strategic, financial and operational solutions for a broad range of healthcare clients. His consulting expertise spans throughout the Brightworks service lines, including strategic positioning, critical performance improvement, strategic capital partnerships and strategic transactions. He has worked extensively with community hospitals, academic medical centers, ambulatory care providers, and physician group practices.

Prior to forming Brightworks Management, Mr. Peterson served as President of Founders Healthcare, Inc., a for-profit physician organization affiliated with the Graduate Health System in Pennsylvania. He also served for 15 years as a hospital executive, including seven years at Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center, where he served as CEO, and eight years at the University of Michigan Medical Center, where he served in various capacities including COO. Recently he has overseen the placement and tenure of the interim management at Hartford Healthcare, Howard University Hospital, Hackettstown Hospital, University of Louisville Medical Center, and University of Connecticut Medical Center.

Mr. Huber has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare financial management and accounting. He brings significant technical financial knowledge to his clients in addition to possessing a senior level perspective on financial planning and strategy in healthcare organizations. Mr. Huber’s consulting work focuses on developing financial strategies related to mergers and acquisitions, evaluating the impact of clinical service line development or expansion, and establishing targets for performance improvement. His experience also includes faculty compensation plan development, faculty practice and medical school operational improvement, and the structuring and administration of managed care contracts. Mr. Huber is an expert in revenue enhancement and leads the firm’s revenue enhancement activities, developing strategies and implementing mechanisms for healthcare organizations to realize revenue enhancement opportunities, while improving cash flow. Mr. Huber has served most recently as interim CFO for Inglis House, Howard University Hospital, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Pierson Holcombe, is a Partner with TRG Healthcare (TRG) and Brightworks Management (Brightworks). Mr. Holcombe has over 20 years experience in healthcare acquisitions and development. He is responsible for acquisitions and hospital/healthcare management, including assisting with the development of acquisition proposals, letters of intent, and post-acquisition partner relationships.

Prior to joining TRG, Mr. Holcombe worked with Community Health Systems (CHS) where his primary focus was finding, qualifying, and working with prospective acquisition partner hospital boards. He played a significant role in over 25 acquisitions in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and other states.

Mr. Holcombe also served in executive leadership roles in the aerospace and defense industry including President of a $2B subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company. His early career included 20 years with IBM in general management and executive responsibilities. He attended IBM Advanced Management and Executive Management Schools.

Mr. Holcombe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Graduate Fellowship from Penn State University and has completed graduate training at three different Universities. In 2013 he was selected as an Outstanding Alumnus by the Penn State College of Engineering.
